Terms of sale

These terms apply to every order on this site. The seller is TSSTBOX OÜ, which makes the boxes in Estonia.

Where we sell

We ship to street addresses in the 50 US states and the District of Columbia, and in the Canadian provinces and territories. We don’t ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses or US territories.

Choosing the right box

Each box is made for specific machines, generations and rack types. The product and model pages list what it fits. Please check your machine’s year and rack type before you order; if a box doesn’t fit a machine our site lists it for, we pay for the return (see Returns).

Prices and taxes

Prices are in US dollars on the US store and in Canadian dollars on the Canadian store. They include delivery from Estonia, customs duties and import fees. Nothing is due on delivery.

US orders: we don’t collect state sales tax; depending on your state, you may owe use tax on the purchase. Canadian orders: GST, or HST in Ontario and the Atlantic provinces, is paid by us when the box is imported and is included in the price; provincial sales tax (PST or QST) is not collected at checkout.

Your order and payment

You pay when you place the order, on Stripe’s secure checkout page, with the methods it shows. The contract is made when the payment is confirmed; we then email you the order confirmation with a link to your order page.

If we can’t supply an item, for example because of a stock or price error, we tell you before shipping and refund everything you paid for it.

Delivery

Orders ship from Estonia by tracked courier and usually arrive within 10–14 days of the order. When the box leaves us, we email you the tracking link.

If we can’t deliver within that time, we tell you before it runs out and give a new date. You can accept it or cancel the order for a full refund. The box is yours, and at your risk, once it is delivered.

Returns and warranty

You can return an unused box within 30 days of delivery, and every box has a 2-year limited warranty. The Returns and Warranty pages set out how both work. They add to your rights under consumer law in your state or province and don’t limit them.

Liability

Install and use the box as the instructions say and don’t exceed its load limit. We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect installation, overloading or using the box on a machine it isn’t listed for, except where the law doesn’t allow such a limit.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. If you buy as a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the state or province you live in, and you can bring a claim there. If something goes wrong, please email us first; most problems are solved quickly.
