Shipping and duties

Every price on this site includes shipping from Estonia, customs duties and import fees. Nothing is due on delivery.

Where we ship

To street addresses in all Canadian provinces and territories, at the same price. We don’t ship to PO Boxes.

How long it takes

Your box ships from our warehouse in Estonia by tracked courier and usually arrives within 10–14 days of your order. When it leaves, we email you the tracking link and the expected delivery date.

If we can’t deliver within that time, we email you before it runs out with a new date. You can accept it or cancel the order for a full refund.

Duties and import fees

We import the box as the importer of record and pay the duties and fees before it reaches you. The courier won’t ask you for money at the door. If they do, don’t pay; contact us and we’ll sort it out.

GST, or HST in Ontario and the Atlantic provinces, is charged when your box is imported, and we pay it as part of the price. Provincial sales tax (PST or QST) is not collected at checkout.

If the box arrives damaged

Check the package when it arrives. If it’s visibly damaged, you can refuse it or note the damage with the courier. Then email us photos of the package and the box within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll send a replacement at no cost.
