What if the box doesn’t fit?
If the box doesn’t fit a machine our site lists it for, we pay for return shipping and either refund you in full or send the right box. Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
What to send us
Email [email protected] with your order number, the year and model of your machine, and a photo of the box on the rack. We reply with the return address and the next steps. Please don’t send the box back before we reply.
If the box was ordered for another machine
Then it’s a regular return: you have 30 days from delivery, the box has to be unused and in its original packaging, and return shipping to Estonia is at your cost. The returns page has the details.
How to avoid a wrong box
- Check your generation by year on your model’s page.
- Check your rack type in the fitment table.
- Try the box on the rack before you use it. You can open the package to test the fit; keep the packaging and don’t cover it in tape.
