Limited warranty
TSSTBOX OÜ warrants Tesseract boxes, jerry cans and accessories against defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years from delivery.
What it covers
Defects in materials and workmanship of the box body, lid, seal, hinges, locks and fasteners, and of jerry cans and accessories, under normal use. The warranty is for the original buyer and lasts 2 years from the delivery date on your order.
What we do
We repair or replace the faulty part or product and ship it to you at our cost. If neither is possible, we refund what you paid for it. We may ask you to send the faulty part back; if so, we pay for the shipping.
What it doesn’t cover
- Normal wear: scratches, scuffs and fading from sun and use
- Damage from a crash, a fall or overloading the box or the rack
- Damage from installing the box on a machine it isn’t listed for, or from modifying it
- Use in racing or competitions
- Damage caused by parts or accessories from other makers
- Lost keys
How to claim
Email us with your order number, photos of the problem and a short description. We reply with a solution. Keep your order confirmation email as proof of purchase.
Spare parts
Lost a key or broke a fastener? Email us with your order number and the box code, and we’ll tell you what can be replaced and what it costs.
Your legal rights
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. It doesn’t limit any implied warranty. Some states don’t allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so such limits may not apply to you.
